Unless otherwise stated, to an address within Australia postage is a flat rate of $3 per order no matter how many items.
International Post is a flat rate of $5 per order. (For International orders not subject to GST the apportioned gst amount is used to reduce postage costs.)
Shipping is 3-7 business days from payment approval for Australia Post and 5-10 business days for International Post.
We do all we can to ensure your orders arrive as soon as possible. If your order is made before 3 pm Sydney time we guarantee it will be in the post that evening.
As soon as your Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer) appears in the Itchee Feet bank account we will change your order status to payment received and we will send you an email to let you know. If you have any concerns then please email us at shop@itcheefeet.com
Are there any warning messages that alert you of required fields that are incomplete?
Ensure your address details and email are correct.
Do not enter anything into the coupon field unless you have a coupon.
Do not enter anything into the user fields unless you know your user id and password.
As you order you have the choice to set up your user account with a password. All users can see their account history. When you make an order you will be sent an email. On the email there is a link to your order and you simply login with the user name and password provided to see it.
If you choose not to specify a user account it will be done automatically and at the end of your order you will see the message below with your username and login. You will also be sent an email with your login details to the email address you provided.
Your order is complete! Your order number is 105. Shipping is 5-7 business days from payment approval for Australia Post and 10-20 business days for International Post.
